James and Greg from New Design Now were referred to me by my association to redesign my website.  When I first contacted them I explained that I had already spent a great deal on my original site and felt hesitant to move forward with designing a new site even though it absolutely had to be done.  They immediately made me feel comfortable by showing me their past work, giving me a very reasonable quote and by answering all my questions.  Now after having worked with them for a few months on various marketing tasks I know that they are the only ones I would trust with all my marketing needs.  They continually come up with innovative ideas that put me ahead of my competition.  James and Greg have gone well beyond their required duties to help me define to my clients what my clinic is really about.  Since working with them, my client base has increases - but more interestingly, I continually have employees asking if I am hiring at my office.  They feel that the professionalism that my office displays is a place where they would like to work. I first met New Design Now (Greg and James) at a time when the association was seeking very specialized computer design work. Greg and James stepped in at a moment's notice and we have never looked back. They knew exactly what we needed and the most expedient way to reach that goal. They are creative, innovative and very easy to work with. They can easily translate "techno talk" into easy to understand language. James Chan has designed two excellent web sites for me: www.donsdavis.com and www.donsdavisart.com.  Both sites have been very well received.  They are attractive and easy to navigate.  They provide everything I requested from James’s design team and are updated and/or modified promptly whenever new information or images become available. During the design process James went far beyond normal efforts to insure that I understood what was required to provide the content I demanded for each site.  The result was far better than I had hoped for. James is polite and competent.  He is an extremely cordial person to deal with.  He is the kind of professional every organization needs to help them communicate with the public and potential clients.
